If you are a returning visitor then we are sure you know your way around
the site by now and we would like to thank you for your continued support.
If you are a first time visitor, we hope that you find the information
contained within the site to be both helpful and informative.
This website has been set up in conjunction with a charitable trust fund,
not surprisingly called Twins with SMA, that relates to two fantastic
and very special boys who have been diagnosed with a severe nerve wasting
condition known as Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). Their names, Sam and
Alex Bolton.
Hopefully, with your help, it is the intention of this website, the trust
fund and its supporters to generate funds that will help Sam and Alex
grow and learn in the same way as any able bodied child by providing them
with the care and equipment required.
More details about Sam and Alex and their condition are contained in
this site along with details of events to date, future fund raising events
and also, for those of you that might be visiting the site because you
or someone close to you have received a diagnosis of SMA, we have a contact
page where you are able to speak freely to Sam and Alex's parents and
hopefully receive the support required at such a delicate time.
